Have you ever left Polished Nail Bar and Spa in a bit of a hurry and before you could barely open your car door you’ve smudged your perfect manicure? Been there, done that, a million times! It’s the worst! Well, I have found the easiest fix! Watch this 2 minute video and share it with your friends.
What girl doesn’t LOVE glitter!? Around the Holidays I am much more likely to choose a glitter nail polish at Polished Nail Bar and Spa then not, because it’s just so much more festive! But have you ever tried to take that stuff off? It feels like you’re trying to remove cement, nearly impossible. One must have 92 cotton balls and an entire bottle of remover to even scratch the surface. Okay, I’m over-exaggerating but seriously it’s not easy. Well never fear, I found the key to quick and easy glitter nail polish removal. You will need 10 cotton balls, acetone nail polish remover (this is different from regular nail polish remover) available in most drug stores, and aluminum foil. First saturate the cotton ball with the acetone nail polish remover, place it on top of your nail and then wrap in aluminum foil. Repeat this on all your nails.
It’s Sunday evening and you didn’t make it to Polished Nail Bar & Spa on Saturday afternoon like you wanted. You’re painting your toes while catching up on your DVR. You have one foot propped on the coffee table, the nail polish bottle just slightly out of reach. You stretch to refresh the brush when suddenly the bottle falls to the floor. You freeze. You gasp! You try and remedy the situation. You cry in defeat because now there is a permanent hot pink splotch in your white carpet. If this has ever happened to you, check out this helpful article from BellaSugar – “How to Get Nail Polish Off Just About Anything.” The best part is most materials react well to solvents that you already have around your home.
