We found these amazing nail polish pendants on the Fluid Motion blog. The basic instructions are pretty simple:
- Get glass tiles and matching plates.
- Paint the glass with a coat of clear polish, then a coat of glitter polish followed by a coat of a solid color polish.
- Glue the plates to the glass.
