I’m thrilled with my experiences at Polished. I’ve been going there for over a year now and I’ve been very happy with them every time. I’m pretty picky about my nails and they have always done a good job at listening to what I ask for and doing them the way I like. In addition to the great service, they also have the best massage chairs with rollers so you can just sit back and relax while getting your pedicure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Polished is really great. My nails always look absolutely perfect when i go there and they always know exactly what i want when i explain it. Also the employees and owners couldn’t be nicer. I go to polished all of the time and i can’t wait to make an appointment for my next visit.I have being going to polished for years now and i plan to go there for many years more. It is a great atmosphere and is a very relaxing place to be. I love how modern and inviting it looks. The owner is absolutely wonderful and is very enjoyable to talk to. She remembers everything i tell her and asks me about things going on in my life every time i go. She is so pleasant and has very good control of the place. If any of the employees are not doing a good job or are rude to a customer she gets rid of them right away. I enjoy going there and I look forward to being treated by the polished family.

Polished is great. I have been there many times to get my nails done and i also go for waxing. I went there to get french tips for prom and they turned out wonderful. I’m always happy with my experience there and the staff is wonderful. They couldn’t be more helpful and they are so polite. If you’re not happy with something they always fix it right away. I love going to polished, its a lot of fun and I always have a good time. It’s one of the best nail salons i’ve been to. It’s great.”

“Michelle is phenomenal! I’ve been traveling & hit some major cities for my pampering needs & Michelle represents Polished to the 10th power. Although at first I thought the man who was preparing my chair was my technician, but the Haley, the “Traffic Controller” informed me that he is part of the prep team. I was offered a seat on the plushed, white leather furniutre, a glass of wine, which I was impressed by the selection & waited all of a few minutes until I was greeted by Michelle. After a quick introduction, I inquired about other services & viola! Michelle’s vast & great experiences made me a very SATISFIED customer. Over the next 2.5 hours I indulged in the best waxing, mani/pedi and socializing one can experience at full service nail salon. Gold star to the creator of the interior layout, all the setting needs now is a South Beach or Manhattan back drop. Ipolished is definitely in sync of the high standards of sanitized, affordable and welcoming customer service and Michelle’s craft is absolutely worth the 200 miles every 2 weeks.”

“I have been getting my nails done at the Polished Nail Bars since I moved to Charlotte in 2010. I have always had great service no matter which location I go to! With the recent location opening in Ballantyne, I have been able to go get my nails done during my lunch break. This has helped tremendously as I can save some time after work and it is never as busy! I have been getting my nails done by Leon at the Ballantyne location and I have been extremely impressed. My gel manicures last for the entire 2 weeks (sometimes longer) and he does such a great job! I am always asked if I would like anything to drink the moment I walk in and everyone is very helpful and nice. I have continued to go to this nail salon since moving here and will continue to do so as long as I live in Charlotte!”
